The Essential Ingredient Needed for 2012!

Well, welcome to my first blog post for 2012. I wish you all a very happy new year and trust your year has started with great ease and joy. 2012 ticked over quite peacefully and gracefully showing us that perhaps this will be an easier year than the last two years and that one thing is for sure…we have shifted. We have shifted consciousness, shifted our intentions and shifted our focus.

The key element is that 2012 offers us a massive opportunity and a critical year to evolve within ourselves like never before. We have an opportunity to put into practice everything we have learnt from the challenges we have been facing since 2009.

The economic climate has forced us to shift our priorities and for many of us who may have been retrenched or decided to change paths, it has brought us closer to a place of purpose and contribution, where a focus has been placed more on making a difference then making a buck. We have been forced to simplify our lives and question our attachment to materialism which has led us to surround ourselves with what matters most to us.

Relationships have been challenged with an awakening happening in individuals, forcing them to live in truth and freedom  and out of control and suppression-women are feeling more empowered and men perhaps may be a bit confused and beginning to awaken within themselves. Global climate change has forced us to be mindful of our ecological footprint and be more sustainable and aware. So as you can see, we have gone through an accelerated change and can now take ourselves to an amazing new dimension.

We can talk about many different levels of evolvement here, but I see this critical opportunity on a very simplistic level. On a very basic level, what we are being forced to rid ourselves of, is the main ingredient that has forever held us back. It is the one ingredient which has forced us to stay small and ignore our creative and higher intelligent possibilities.

And so…this is an opportunity to rid ourselves completely of our Fear Mindset and experience a new sense of personal freedom we have always known we could have.

We are now ready to stop feeling a lack of worth, stop feeling unloved and stop feeling as if we are not good enough. We are ready to stop taking things personally, stop comparing ourselves to others and stop competing with others. We are now ready to stop people pleasing and compromising our true values and we are ready to stop playing small and living outside our truth and integrity.

With all that we have been through we are ready to trust that everything will always be ok and we can expect a miracle. We are ready to believe in ourselves and see the true beauty of what we can offer the world and we are now ready to communicate ourselves clearly, easily, openly, honestly and with absolute authenticity. We are now ready to connect to our spiritual selves, the self dominated by Faith, Grace and Compassion and we are now ready to put our creative talents to the max and soar like we have never before. Without the need to prove ourselves or outdo others, but with the only intention being because it is what we desire and where we want to place our energy.

So there is a key ingredient which has surfaced within us to enable us to journey along this critical opportunity. And this ingredient has been there all along, showing you beautiful outbursts from time to time, showing you what you can achieve in your full potential and whispering to you in the stillness of your heart. This ingredient is ready to come out to play and come out to shine.

The essential ingredient needed to make 2012 the year of unbelievable change is the value of SELF WORTH within us. Self Worth will now rule our consciousness and our mindset. It will be our transition from fear. The level of self worth within will determine our new choices and decisions we are faced with this year. We will break those old habits and sabotaging behaviors for one reason…because we now know our self worth! We now believe in who we are, trust in who we are and are ready to bring that person to the world.

Living in a Self Worth Mindset will bring on the greatest change of any year and any era because self worth means we thrive. We make decisions which are towards our happiness, choices that leave us feeling empowered; choices congruent with our integrity and values…not to prove ourselves or out of fear, but because of our level of self worth.

From self worth, we end the relationships holding us back and bring in people who empower and inspire us. We leave the jobs where we are playing small or being held back. We have the critical conversations needed to have from truth. We find joy in everything we do. We live in a state of gratitude. In a nutshell we allow this year to bring us exactly what we need….change! And we embrace this change with open arms and an open heart, knowing that we are completely worthy of it!
